By using RoastPage, you confirm that (a) you are at least 18 years of age, (b) you are using RoastPage as a private individual or as an authorized representative of a legal entity, and (c) you have read and agree to these Terms.
RoastPage (the "Service") is a humor site that turns a name and a few facts into a satirical, fictional "roast page" — a parody dashboard, fake news article, faux missing-person poster, etc. Output is generated in part by an AI model and is not a factual statement about any real person. The Service is operated by RoastPage ("we," "us").
You retain ownership of any photos, names, scenarios, or other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for User Content. RoastPage is a tool that generates satirical content based on your input; YOU are the publisher of any roast you create or share.
If you upload a photo, you grant RoastPage a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transform, and display that photo solely for the purpose of operating the Service and rendering your roast page. You retain ownership. We delete uploaded photos on a rolling basis (currently within roughly 30 days, and source uploads are typically purged within 24 hours of generation). You can request earlier deletion via the takedown process below.
All content generated by RoastPage is satire and parody. RoastPage's outputs are intended to be obviously absurd and humorous. They do not represent factual statements about any person and should not be relied on, quoted, or shared as if they were factual. The watermark, branding, and presentation of RoastPage content is intentionally unmistakable as satire.

Roast text is generated in part by a large language model. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI output for any particular Subject. You are responsible for what you publish or share. If AI output looks like a factual claim about a real person rather than satire, don't share it.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoastPage, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your User Content, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third party's rights including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity right, privacy right, or contractual right, or (d) any content generated by RoastPage in response to your inputs.
If you are a person depicted in RoastPage content (or a duly authorized representative or copyright owner of an uploaded photo) and wish to have specific content removed, please email abuse@roastpage.app (or use the takedown form at /takedown) with: (a) the URL of the roast in question, (b) a brief description of your relationship to the depicted content, (c) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was uploaded without proper authorization or violates these Terms. A valid notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL where the allegedly infringing content appears, (c) your contact info, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, (f) your physical or electronic signature.
RoastPage operates a notice-and-takedown process. We commit to reviewing and removing offending content within 48 hours of receiving a credible report in the following categories:
Reports go to abuse@roastpage.app or via the form at /takedown. Reports made in bad faith may be ignored. Repeat reporters of frivolous claims may be blocked.
The Service is free to use. The optional one-time $2.99 charge removes the watermark on a single roast page. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. No refunds. The Service delivers a novelty / satire / entertainment product that is generated and rendered immediately on payment, and once the watermark is removed the deliverable has been provided in full. You waive any statutory cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or fraudulently, email contact@roastpage.app before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RoastPage, its members, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of RoastPage, even if RoastPage has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to RoastPage shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or RoastPage shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Austin, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We can take down any roast page, remove any content, or block any user at our discretion. You can stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the RoastPage homepage notice or email if we have your address. Your continued use of RoastPage after a Terms update constitutes acceptance.
